This information is used to reply to you, discuss your project and follow up on your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or advertising mailing list. Fields marked with an asterisk are required; without them, the form cannot be submitted. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.<\/p>\r\n<p>Requests for a quotation or booking made in your own name are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other professional enquiries, including those made on behalf of an organisation, and the follow-up of previous enquiries are processed on the basis of S2A\u2019s legitimate interest in responding to requests and maintaining the context of the professional relationship (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This does not authorise unrelated advertising.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Who receives your information<\/h2>\r\n<p>Enquiries are received by Norbert Ferr\u00e9 in the Gmail mailbox he uses to handle these requests and are also stored in the website\u2019s WordPress administration through Fluent Forms. Access is limited to authorised persons who need it to handle the enquiry or administer the website, and to the technical providers involved in hosting and email delivery. The mailbox address is not displayed publicly on this website.<\/p>\r\n<p>The form uses an invisible honeypot and a security token to help prevent automated submissions. Since 15 October 2026, IP address logging for new form entries is disabled, and Fluent Forms visitor analytics are disabled. This does not prevent the hosting provider from processing technical connection logs. Technical data used to protect and administer the website are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.<\/p>\r\n<h2 id=\"data-retention\">How long information is kept<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong>For enquiries that do not result in a booking, messages and contact details are kept for up to three years after the last relevant contact initiated by the person concerned.<\/strong> If you contact us again about a project, the three-year period starts again from that new exchange. A reminder sent by S2A alone does not restart the period.<\/p>\r\n<p>This retention rule covers both entries stored in WordPress and copies in the mailbox. At the end of the period, the information is deleted or anonymised, unless a specific legal obligation or an ongoing dispute requires limited retention of the necessary records.<\/p>\r\n<p>If an enquiry results in a booking, the information needed to organise and perform the engagement is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. Records that must be retained afterwards are held separately with restricted access: commercial contracts and related correspondence are generally retained for five years; invoices and accounting records for ten years from the end of the relevant financial year. Electronic contracts with consumers for \u20ac120 or more are retained for ten years from performance of the service. Where a dispute requires longer retention, only the relevant records are kept until its final resolution and expiry of the applicable time limits. These exceptions do not extend the retention of every contact-form message.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Service providers and international transfers<\/h2>\r\n<p>Use of Gmail involves Google, and displaying embedded videos involves Vimeo. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their published safeguards include the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers and standard contractual clauses where applicable. The preview images are served from this website. Without prior consent, selecting \u201cWatch the showreel\u201d or \u201cWatch DOUBLE\u201d opens the privacy choices without contacting Vimeo. The players remain blocked until you allow \u201cVimeo videos\u201d in the cookie preferences or choose <strong>\u201cAccept &amp; play\u201d<\/strong>. With consent already saved, pressing play loads the selected video. Before that choice, these components do not request a player, thumbnail or script from Vimeo. You may choose <strong>\u201cDecline\u201d<\/strong> and continue using the rest of the website.<\/p>\r\n<p>Accepting allows your browser to connect to Vimeo and transmit your IP address and technical information. Vimeo may process data in the United States and may use cookies for playback, security and measurement. Both players use Vimeo\u2019s \u201cDo Not Track\u201d option (<code>dnt=1<\/code>), which limits tracking. Backup copies are used for recovery following an incident and are not used to contact people again. Access is restricted to authorised administrators and technical providers. If a backup is restored, previously recorded deletions must be reapplied before the restored enquiry data is used.<\/p>\r\n<p>The website\u2019s security tools record technical events, including IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and login attempts, to detect abuse and protect the service. Security Optimizer\u2019s activity-event log is automatically cleared after 12 days. Records used to maintain an active block are retained while that block remains in place.
